I'm Noé, an illustrator & educator from Brazil! My pronouns are they/them (ENG) & elu/delu (PT-BR) !!! I'm transmasc & non-binary.I'm a Fine Arts graduate from the university of Belas Artes, with a bachelor in art education. TERMS OF SERVICE (ENG)
The commission will be sent in sketch stage for the client's approval, in case any changes have to be made, or in case the client wishes to cancel the commission. If cancelled, the client MAY NOT use the sketch that was sent. Only after the sketch is approved that the invoice for the payment will be sent, after this the client may not cancel the order and the payment cannot be refunded unless stated by the artist.
Small changes may be made after the delivery of the commission if the client requests it, bigger changes will be charged an extra fee.
The art is for personal use only. Distribution and/or selling the art as merch without previous discussion with the artist will result in legal process.

A arte será enviada no estágio de sketch/rascunho para o cliente para que este(a) indique qualquer mudança ou eventual cancelamento da encomenda.
Caso cancelado, o rascunho da encomenda NÃO poderá ser usado pelo cliente.
Apenas após a aprovação do rascunho, o pagamento será efetuado e NÃO poderá ser devolvido ao cliente.
Pequenas mudanças poderão ser feitas após a entrega da encomenda, grandes mudanças deverão ser cobradas à parte.
A arte só poderá ser usada para uso pessoal. Distribuição e venda de mercadoria com a arte encomendada sem prévia discussão com o artista resultará em processo judicial.
